“Hanul quickly responded and quoted a price for the service we needed. Set up an appointment for next day, fit perfectly for the time and speed. Promptly arrived on time and started working. Unfortunately the cable modem was having issues but he still proceed to tech the issue. The equipment I got wasn’t working properly so I bought a new one. He came back another day early and serviced the call. After a bit, got the modem up and running and we are good to go. Absolutely patient and understanding.
